Job summary

SONIC Drive-In in Tacoma, WA seeks a General Manager to lead the team and ensure clean, safe, and efficient service, delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will train crews, manage schedules, control inventory, and drive performance with regular reporting.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, enforcing standards, developing marketing plans, and maintaining strong guest satisfaction while upholding company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Ability to work a 5-day week including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws as well as local health and sanitation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Crew/ Team members, Carhops and Skating Carhops
• Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees to meet operational standards
• Prepares employee work schedules; monitors staffing levels
• Monitors and maintains restaurant inventory; places orders within cost control procedures
• Develops and implements a marketing plan and reports on performance
