SONIC Drive-In is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running drive-in operations and maintain a high standard of quality, safety and guest satisfaction. You will train and coach team members, handle scheduling, and assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily performance and a positive guest experience.

Flexibility with shifts and a proven leadership mindset are essential, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year entry level retail management.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication, basic math, reading and computer skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work with autonomy while multi-tasking.
• Willingness to abide by Sonic appearance and hygiene standards.

Responsabilités

• Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees to ensure service standards.
• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Team / Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties.
• Monitors staffing levels, inventory levels and food cost control.
• Reinforces a customer service mentality and ensures guests are served promptly.
• Responds to guest requests and assists in resolving complaints.
