• Monitor cash handling and reconciliation procedures; balance cash/credit deposits.
• Assess employees with counseling and performance reviews with the store manager.
• Enforce policies, procedures, and safety standards across shifts.
• Schedule shifts to cover hours; manage callouts and no-shows.
• Maintain cleanliness, equipment checks, and temperature logs.
• Support opening/closing procedures and inventory control with shift leaders.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and seek timely resolutions.
• Fill in duties when needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
