Responsibilities

• Assist in staffing the restaurant in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain safe restaurant environment for team and guests.
• Convey Wingstop culture to crew and foster teamwork.
• Greet guests, handle orders, and ensure high-quality service.
• Control cash, property, product and equipment; manage costs.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members; communicate across the organization.
• Identify maintenance issues and ensure facilities meet standards.
• Support General Manager and District Manager to maintain performance.
