Qualifications

• Experience with POS systems and cash registers.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to effectively resolve complaints.

Responsibilities

• Assist crew and guests with welcoming, friendly service.
• Prepare and package orders per Wingstop standards with accuracy.
• Oversee cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching with the store manager.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance.
• Meet scheduling requirements and cover all shifts.
• Manage daily and weekly inventory and ensure timely truck deliveries.
• Inspect product receipt and report discrepancies.
• Maintain QSC standards and a positive working environment.
