Job summary

Wingstop is seeking assistant manager candidates to oversee and coordinate with the store manager the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve objectives in sales, cost, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.

Responsibilities include scheduling, ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining equipment and temp logs, inspecting product quality, and applying company policies for performance and safety. Base location is Wasco, CA, USA.

Qualifications

• Assist guests with friendly, responsive service
• Prepare and package orders per Wing Stop standards
• Ensure cashier staff follow corporate guidelines and surveys
• Oversee cash and credit handling and reconciliations
• Conduct counseling and performance reviews with the store manager
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and equipment standards
• Enforce company policies and corrective actions when needed

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, organizing, training, and leadership to achieve sales, labor, and guest satisfaction goals.
• Meet scheduling needs and cover shifts, coordinating with the store manager.
• Ensure weekly truck deliveries occur on time to control costs.
• Inspect equipment daily and maintain temperature logs.
• Verify product deliveries and correct counts; report discrepancies.
• Maintain QSC standards for cleanliness, procedures, and equipment.
