Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop servant leadership by prioritizing people and restaurant goals.
• Create memorable guest experiences that encourage return visits.
• Balance guest experience with financial goals and operations.
• Onboard and train new team members for their roles.
• Lead team huddles to motivate and inform staff.
• Coach and develop ongoing training for team members and shift supervisors.
• Review and adjust schedules and on-boarding for new hires as needed.
• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations and maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure product quality and operating standards are consistently delivered.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on action plans to improve metrics.
• Review daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs for accuracy.
