Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team and help deliver flawless guest service. You will work with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations, train staff, manage inventory, and control labor costs while driving sales targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a food/hospitality role, and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced setting. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operation.
• Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service.
