Job summary

Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. You will work with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations and exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least two years in a similar Food/Hospitality role, proven leadership, strong communication, and the ability to train staff. The position offers broad benefits and a path to growth within Flynn Group.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant
• Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service
• Manage inventory and ensure food safety and quality standards
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls
• Provide leadership and direction to the team to achieve sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
• Collaborate with the management team to determine and implement operational improvements
