Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations, train staff, manage inventory, and uphold food safety and quality standards.

This role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. The Assistant Manager will assist in scheduling, control labor costs, and drive sales targets while maintaining a clean, high-quality dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
