Job summary

Flynn Arby’s, part of Flynn Group, seeks an Assistant Manager to join our premier restaurant team. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and outstanding guest service, while mentoring staff and upholding food safety and quality standards.

You will manage inventory, assist with labor scheduling, and drive sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and proven methods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Train and mentor team members to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our guests.
• Manage inventory and ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards.
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
