Job summary

Flynn Arby’s in Boise, ID is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team and support the General Manager in delivering smooth restaurant operations. You will train and mentor staff, manage inventory, uphold food safety standards, assist in scheduling, and work to meet sales targets while providing exceptional guest service.

The role requires at least 2 years in a food/hospitality setting, strong leadership and communication skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications
