Flynn Arby’s in Hayden, Idaho is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our fast-paced restaurant team. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, train staff, manage inventory, and uphold food safety standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will lead and motivate a team, handle scheduling, customer inquiries, and contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining a clean, efficient dining environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
