Job summary

Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager in Meridian, Idaho to support daily restaurant operations under the General Manager. You will coach crew, oversee inventory, and ensure consistent food safety and quality standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in Food/Hospitality, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. We offer a robust benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant
• Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service to our guests
• Manage inventory and ensure food safety and quality standards
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls
• Provide leadership and direction to the team to achieve sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
• Collaborate with the management team to determine and successfully implement operational improvements
