You will partner with the Store Manager to develop associates, manage daily operations, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The role requires flexible scheduling, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to training and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performance team in partnership with the Store Manager.

• Plan and execute daily tasks, recruit and retain talent, and manage training and recognition.
• Enforce Loss Prevention policies, inventory accuracy, and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively, de-escalate customer situations, and maintain brand values.
