Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our fast-paced restaurant team. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, train staff for exceptional guest service, and manage inventory while upholding food safety and quality standards.

Lead and motivate a team, handle scheduling and labor cost controls, and contribute to achieving sales targets. You will resolve guest inquiries promptly and maintain a clean, organized dining environment,

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Understanding of food safety regulations and proven methods
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant
• Train and mentor team members to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our guests
• Manage inventory and ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards
