Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our fast-paced restaurant team. You will work with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, train staff for exceptional guest service, and manage inventory while upholding food safety and quality standards.

You will also assist with scheduling, labor cost control, and driving sales targets, while maintaining a clean, organized environment and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Food/Hospitality
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Understanding of food safety regulations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
• Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional guest service
