Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to drive guest service, sales and store operations in a dynamic retail environment. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit Teammates and provide leadership.

The role blends training, coaching and leadership responsibilities across both AIT and Assistant Manager tracks. Compensation includes a base pay range with commission considerations, plus a robust benefits program for

Qualifications

• Retail experience with direct customer interaction is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to train, mentor and supervise Teammates.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, guest service and merchandising as part of the leadership team.
• Recruit, train and motivate Teammates; cover Store Manager duties in their absence.
• Execute store operations, POS procedures and loss prevention practices.
• Lead by example in scheduling, coaching and performance management.
• Coordinate with Store Manager and Leadership Team on staffing and sales initiatives.
