The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to lead sales teams, manage merchandising and store operations, and develop Teammates. This role partners with the Store Manager to drive guest experience and performance.

The position offers progression from AIT to Assistant Manager with expanded duties, training responsibilities, and opportunities to own shifts and contribute to store leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support sales and guest service to meet Buckle standards.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing Teammates.
• Assist Store Manager with merchandising, operations, and leadership tasks.
• Train and motivate Teammates and assume Store Manager duties in their absence.
