Responsibilities include sales generation, guest service, training Teammates, and merchandising leadership, with progression from AIT to Assistant Manager. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, retail experience preferred.
• Experience leading and training Teammates in a retail setting.
• Ability to recruit and develop store staff and manage daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead and train Teammates; assist Store Manager in supervision.
• Execute sales and merchandising plans; manage store operations and visuals.
• Partner with Store Manager to recruit, develop, and coach staff.
