The Buckle, Inc. is hiring for an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager role. This position supports store leadership, drives sales, and delivers exceptional guest service while training Teammates and preparing to lead in the Store Manager’s absence.

Candidates will participate in recruiting, merchandising, and daily store operations, with progression from AIT to Assistant Manager as responsibilities expand. A strong focus on teamwork and high standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Assist in training and motivating Teammates; act as the Store Manager in their absence.
• Lead sales-focused duties and guest service initiatives to drive store performance.
• Support recruitment and leadership development for the team.
