The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support the store’s mission: to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

The role involves leading sales, merchandising and day‑to‑day operations, and working with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit and develop Teammates. The AIT path advances to higher duties, including acting as Store Manager in their absence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead and train Teammates; recruit new Teammates with Store Manager guidance.
• Assist Store Manager and Leadership Team in sales, merchandising and operations.
• Act as Store Manager in their absence and progress from AIT with higher duties.
• Partner with Store Manager to develop sales, execute plans, and coach staff.
