Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Texas seeks an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to deliver the mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit Teammates and provide leadership.

The role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with expanded duties while sharing core responsibilities. Responsibilities include supervising teammates, training, visual merchandising, and managing daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to recruit and train teammates.
• Comfortable with merchandising and POS procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead, train and develop Teammates and act as Store Manager when needed.
• Drive sales, maintain visual standards and assist with merchandising.
