Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to help fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

This role works with the Store Manager and Leadership Team on sales, merchandising, and operations, including recruiting and developing Teammates, and stepping in for the Store Manager when needed. Responsibilities span guest service, product knowledge, leadership, and program execution in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience.
• Strong leadership and training abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Assist store manager with recruiting and training teammates.
• Lead by example in sales, merchandising and operations.
• Ensure adherence to store policies and loss prevention.
• Develop leadership within the team and cover store manager in absence.
