The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to support our Store Manager in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will lead sales initiatives, mentor Teammates, and help recruit and train new team members to uphold Buckle’s standards.

Your role blends sales, merchandising and daily operations, with responsibilities that prepare you to step into an Assistant Manager position as you develop leadership skills and guest-centric service across all store areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail leadership experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer service.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to standards.
• Manage store operations, merchandising and loss prevention.
