Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training and Assistant Manager to help deliver an exceptional guest experience across the sales floor, fitting rooms and register area. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train and motivate Teammates while maintaining top-notch store standards.

The role emphasizes sales leadership, product knowledge, and a dedication to Buckle’s Customer Experience mission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail or customer-service experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate Teammates.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and guest-service efforts with a focus on creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Assist in recruiting, training and developing Teammates as part of Store leadership.
• Oversee store operations, merchandising, and daily tasks in absence of the Store Manager.
• Demonstrate ownership of the store’s performance and customer service standards.
• Partner with Store Manager to manage education focus, zone ownership and performance trackers.
