Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training and leadership-focused Assistant Manager to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.

Work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and motivate Teammates while maintaining store operations, merchandising, and cleanliness. The role supports coverage in absence of the Store Manager and advances within Buckle’s leadership ladder.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with retail experience preferred.
• Ability to train and motivate Teammates and lead by example.
• Strong customer service and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Generation and Guest Service with a welcoming attitude.
• Recruit, train, and develop new Teammates; assist Store Manager.
• Manage operations, scheduling, and store standards on a daily basis.
• Support leadership, travel to cover other stores as needed.
