Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of high volume restaurant leadership experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proven track record of effectively managing COGS and labor
• Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices
• Must be ServSafe® certifiable
• Must be ServSafe® Manager certified
• Open availability
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Work around nuts and other allergens

Responsibilities

• Manage entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts, meeting quality, service and atmosphere goals
• Train and coach shift leads and crew on PRIDE systems and routines
• Assist GM with business planning, inventory, and labor optimization to improve P&L
• Ensure Fan service standards and resolve customer concerns promptly
• Lead hiring, training, and performance feedback to build a productive team
• Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and security standards
