• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador of the Dairy Queen brand and maintain professionalism.
• Greet fans warmly and deliver fan-first service.
• Manage inventory and cash controls to meet brand standards.
• Oversee shifts, coach and develop Shift Leads and Crew Members.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and inviting environment for fans and team members.
• Assist GM with local store marketing and competitive analysis.
