Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
• Maintain standards for product quality, service, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Assist in executing the restaurant’s business plan and control costs.
• Ensure guest service meets company standards and resolve issues promptly.
• Schedule hourly employees and oversee inventory, ordering and cash control.
• Lead, train and develop staff through performance reviews.
