Responsibilities

• Manage entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts.
• Ensure that shift leads and crew are trained on PRIDE systems and routines and food safety practices.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase average meal checks and Fan visits.
• Ensure Fan service meets company standards and handle customer concerns.
• Lead and coach team members to build a skilled and productive staff.
• Maintain health and safety standards and sanitation procedures, and follow security measures.
• Assist GM with local store marketing activities and projects.
