Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant.
• Build and develop a strong team to deliver great food and friendly service.
• Model Border Foods core values in daily operations.
• Manage labor and scheduling to meet demand while controlling costs.
• Ensure health and safety standards and maintain cash handling procedures.
