Qualifications
- Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education.
- Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
- Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
- Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends and some holidays.
- Non-exempt management position expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
- ServeSafe Certified
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
- Ensure fast, friendly service and customer satisfaction.
