Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• This non-exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Ensure a fast, friendly service and quality food for guests.
• Manage scheduling and labor to meet performance standards.
• Maintain cash handling policies and ensure accuracy in POS systems.
• Uphold health, safety standards and compliance with laws.
• Foster a culture that supports growth and development.
