Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position; minimum 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Provide a great food and friendly guest experience consistently.
• Reinforce Border Foods core values and vision with the team.
• Schedule and deploy staff to meet service levels and standards.
• Monitor performance, control labor, inventory, and waste.
• Lead recruiting, training, and development of Team Members.
