Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position; expected to work at least 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certification and valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.

• Drive fast, friendly service and a safe, welcoming environment for guests.
• Manage scheduling, training, and development of Team Members.
