Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, develop a strong team, and ensure an excellent guest experience. You will drive quality food, friendly service, and adherence to company values across all shifts.

The role requires at least 1 year in restaurant or retail, ServSafe certification, and the ability to work varied hours, including weekends. Benefits include flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position; minimum 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and build a strong team delivering great food and friendly service.
