Planet Fitness is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee gym operations and deliver a high-quality, Judgement Free Zone experience. This full-time position requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays to support business needs.

Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, recruiting and training staff, guiding front desk activities, maintaining a welcoming environment, and ensuring clean, well-maintained facilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, contribute to club monthly and yearly goals.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing a high performing staff of Member Service Representatives, Trainers and Custodians.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all members, prospective members and guests and ensure staff follows superior customer service guidelines.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager and assist inStaff Management and scheduling.
• Oversee front desk activities: answer phones, check members in, sign up new members, give tours.
• Facilitate member requests, issues and questions; resolve or escalate as needed.
• Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of facility and accuracy of supplies orders.
• Track statistics and reports weekly, monthly, and annually; support budgeting and inventory workflows.
