You will lead staffing, training, and daily front desk service, manage member interactions, monitor cleanliness and safety, and partner with the Club Manager to build a high-performing team and consistently deliver an outstanding member experience.

This full‑time role may require evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail environments preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing staff.
• Maintain welcoming atmosphere for members and guests and ensure superior service.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager and supervise staff.
• Schedule and oversee staff, ensuring smooth front desk operations.
• Oversee member check-in, tours for prospective members, and inquiries.
• Facilitate member requests and issues, ensuring satisfaction.
• Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of the facility.
• Assist with ordering supplies within club budget.
• Track statistics and reports on a weekly/monthly/yearly basis.
• Provide backup for absent employees.
