Planet Fitness is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee gym operations and deliver a high-quality, Judgement Free member experience. This full-time role (40 hours per week) may require evenings, weekends and holidays to support business needs.

Responsibilities include driving sales, recruiting and developing staff, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, coordinating front desk activities and ensuring top-notch customer service for members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and club monthly targets.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing a high performing staff.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all members, prospective members and guests and ensure staff follows superior customer service guidelines.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager as needed and assist in scheduling staff.
• Oversee front desk activities: answer phones, check-ins, new member sign-ups, tours.
• Facilitate all member requests, issues and questions.
• Assist in overseeing cleanliness and maintenance of the facility.
• Assist in ordering supplies within the club budget.
• Track statistics and reports weekly, monthly and annually.
• Provide backup for any employee who is absent.
