Responsibilities

• Assist in the oversight of gym operations to ensure a Judgement Free member experience and a financially successful club.
• Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week, may include nights, weekends and holidays to support business needs.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club goals.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing a high-performing staff.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members, guests and staff; ensure superior customer service.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager; assist in scheduling and supervising staff.
• Oversee front desk activities: phone inquiries, member check-in, sign-ups and tours.
• Facilitate member requests and resolve inquiries and issues.
• Oversee cleanliness, maintenance and supplies within budget.
• Track statistics and prepare weekly/monthly/annual reports.
