Planet Fitness is hiring an Assistant Manager to oversee gym operations and deliver a high-quality member experience in a Judgement Free Zone. This full-time role requires coordinating staff, maintaining member satisfaction, and supporting the Club Manager to drive financial success.

Ideal candidates will bring prior management experience, a strong commitment to service, and basic computer skills. CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for helping others.
• Commitment to excellent service.
• Previous management experience is preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• Current CPR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and club targets.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing staff.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and superior customer service.
• Schedule and supervise staff; support Club Manager.
• Oversee front desk activities: check-ins, tours, sign-ups.
• Resolve employee issues and escalate when needed.
• Track statistics and prepare weekly/monthly/yearly reports.
