Planet Fitness Hanson, MA is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee gym operations in a fast-paced, welcoming environment. This full-time role (40 hours) supports a Judgement Free Zone and a financially successful club, including front desk oversight, staff supervision, and member experience.

You will assist in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team while maintaining cleanliness and ensuring exceptional customer service for every member and guest.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for helping others.
• Commitment to excellent service.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• Current CPR Certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and club targets.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing staff.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests and ensure staff follows service guidelines.
• Oversee front desk activities and member check-ins.
• Assist in scheduling and supervising staff.
• Ensure staff deliver superior customer service at all times.
