Job summary

Planet Fitness in Massachusetts seeks an Assistant Manager to help oversee daily gym operations and deliver a consistent, Judgement Free Zone experience for members. This full-time role requires leadership, strong customer service, and the ability to coach a team of front desk staff, trainers, and custodians.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite) and POS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing gym operations and staff scheduling.
• Achieve or exceed individual and club sales goals.
• Maintain welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.
• Assist with front desk activities and member check-ins.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the facility.
• Assist in ordering of supplies and budget management.
• Prepare and review weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Support Club Manager with staffing and training.
