Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding is hiring an Assistant Manager in Cincinnati, OH to ensure outstanding guest service following The Hi Five experience. You will oversee a team, manage store operations, and maintain service levels during 37-40 hours per week on varying shifts. The role includes cash handling, POS operations, and adherence to all laws and company policies.

Prior supervisory experience is beneficial. The position requires the ability to train staff, supervise daily tasks, and uphold product

Responsibilities

• Manage other associates, coach and train Shift Leaders and Guest Services Associates, participate in interviews
• Perform store administration tasks such as ordering, deliveries, and paperwork
• Deliver the UDF Hi Five Guest Experience and ensure excellent guest service
• Operate DipSide items preparation and maintain cleanliness of the dip cabinet and service area
• Handle POS, gas console transactions and cash handling with accuracy
• Maintain stock, ensure proper rotation and display, monitor temperatures and equipment
