lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead store floor operations and develop a high-performing team. You’ll foster an inclusive culture, coach staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in line with our brand values.

You’ll partner with leadership to optimize staffing, merchandising, and daily store execution. The role emphasizes leadership, people development, and collaboration to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and community engagement in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience, including managing business operations and administration and managing projects or processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to build, manage, and develop team members and culture.
• Provide guest experience leadership on the sales floor and coach team members to address gaps.
• Partner with managers to review store data and plan staffing, merchandising, and operations.
