Job summary

Dunkin' is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager in the United States to support the Restaurant Manager, Shift Leaders and Team. You will perform duties in the RM's absence, oversee floor operations, and contribute to brand training programs while upholding Dunkin' standards and franchisee policies.

You will coach staff, roll out new products, ensure safety and sanitation, manage inventory and cash handling, and help drive guest satisfaction and profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager, Shift Leaders, and Team in daily operations.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are followed.
• Coach and develop restaurant team members to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and product rollouts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and comply with laws.
