Qualifications

• 2+ years guest service experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
• 1 year supervisory or leadership experience.
• Flexible work schedule, 40 hours/week including openings, closings, some weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to undergo a background check.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds and stand for 8+ hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team through communication, recognition and feedback.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience and motivate the team to exceed expectations.
• Maintain high-quality product and food safety procedures.
• Communicate sales performance and leverage KPIs to meet daily goals.
• Support GM with community marketing to increase brand/location awareness.
• Provide a safe, well-maintained store and use company tools and checklists.
• Maintain positive, calm communication with team and guests and resolve challenges.
• Implement company programs and inspire the team to meet operational standards.
• Manage cash handling following company policies and procedures.
• Drive profitability while keeping a fun and welcoming environment.
