Smoothie King is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our growing team and act as a brand ambassador. You will help hire, develop, and lead the store team, ensuring an outstanding guest experience and adherence to brand standards and company priorities.

As the role evolves, you will learn about strategic operations, leadership, and marketing support while driving store performance and community outreach. Strong reliability, flexibility, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and the community, both orally and in writing.
• Flexibility with varied hours including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
