Planet Fitness seeks an Assistant Manager to oversee front desk operations and support the General Manager. You will focus on delivering exceptional member service, managing front desk staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day club activity.

You will multi-task in a fast-paced environment, help recruit and train staff, and monitor club metrics to drive performance. Flexibility to cover shifts and uphold Planet Fitness standards is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 month supervisor/manager experience in a high-volume restaurant or retail environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Bi-lingual preferred.
• Open or flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Drive club metrics in alignment with business performance.
• Assist in interviewing and recruiting front desk staff and fitness instructors.
• Monitor inventory and review sales numbers with GM to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Uphold company standards and maintain a clean, friendly, and well-maintained club.
• Mentor front end employees and coordinate shift coverage when needed.
